About Nelson Marine Basin
Nelson Marine Basin was established in 1965 as a family business serving sailors and boaters. We take a personal interest in the needs of our customers, and we pride ourselves in being a "home-town business,"
Nelson's provides the full range of marina services to both sailboaters and powerboaters (sorry, no gas dock). Our emphasis is on sailing, however, in keeping with the sailing tradition on the Toms River.
Nelson's has 100 deep water slips to accommodate boats from 23' to 40'. Slips have potable water and 110 volt power. Some moorings are available. New pilings and catwalks were installed in 1998. Dredging and bulkheading was done in 2004 and 2005.
